Regional Prompter allows you to segment the image into distinct regions. Each of these regions can then be assigned a specific prompt, guiding the image generation process within that particular area.

It often fails, especially if you use different LoRAs for different regions, so be ready to multiply your number of generations.
This extension is hard to master and you will spend some hours only to understand the basics.
